Our stay at Mosaikhotel in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Luz was truly delightful! The charming hotel, just a stone's throw away from the pedestrian area, provided us with a cozy base for exploring the Pays Basque and Pyrénées mountains. The room exuded a seaside feel, equipped with all the necessary amenities including a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.The welcoming staff ensured our comfort throughout our visit, offering insights on local activities like golfing and the nearby Cote des Basques and La Rhune. The safety features, including a fire extinguisher and smoke detector, added an extra layer of reassurance. The garden and terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a day of adventures.Christine, the manager, went above and beyond to assist with parking and recommendations for exploring the town. Her warmth and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. The central location, just 300 meters from the port, beach, and thalassotherapy center, made it convenient to soak in the natural beauty of the area.Mosaikhotel provided us with a cozy retreat, blending comfort and convenience in a picturesque setting. We would highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
